1. Full refund before generation starts
If report generation has not started yet, you can always get a full refund — no questions asked. Email [SUPPORT_EMAIL] with your report link.
2. After the report is generated
The full report is personalized digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you expressly requested immediate delivery and confirmed the loss of the 14-day EU withdrawal right (Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16(1)(m)); therefore a generated report is generally non-refundable.
3. When we still refund after delivery
- The report failed to generate or is materially broken (missing chapters, wrong data) and we cannot fix it within 72 hours.
- You were charged more than once for the same report.
- Any case where mandatory consumer law grants you a refund right.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days. Write to [SUPPORT_EMAIL] from the email used at purchase and include the report link; we answer within 2 business days.
