Arkanela is an online self-discovery service: it computes a "Destiny Matrix" chart from a date of birth using a deterministic algorithm and generates AI-written interpretive texts based on our internal knowledge base. The service is provided for entertainment and self-discovery purposes only. It is not a scientific method and does not constitute medical, financial, legal or psychological advice of any kind.

2. Your account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. Sign-in is passwordless: a one-time link is sent to your email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you provide — reports and receipts are delivered there.

3. Purchases and delivery of digital content

The full report is a one-time purchase of digital content, delivered by a permanent link and downloadable as a PDF. By checking the express-delivery consent at checkout you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal under Art. 16(1)(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Before generation starts, our refund policy applies (see Refund Policy).

4. Acceptable use

You may not: resell or redistribute generated reports as your own product; use the service to harass or profile third parties without their consent; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

5. Intellectual property
